who wants to go to their nearest Verizon store and scream? ME! and if anyone else wants to come, i'll gladly bring you!

ARGH! something's fixed, then it's not. then you finally give up, decide to call the "customer service" line and it's "fixed again". don't wait two seconds to call anyone cause your phone will have a serial number problem and you'll just...wanna...KICK SOMEONE IN THE KNEE!
that reminded me of something...

rick 'em, rock 'em ree...
kick 'em in the knee.
rick 'em, rock 'em rass...
kick 'em in the other knee!

and back to my ranting. i just want a phone that works. i don't want to have to go all the way up to warwick to get this fixed. i've been up there for this problem at least 3 times already. i'm not willing to do 4.
that's a quarter tank of gas and at least an hour of driving (1/2hr both ways) then i get to stand there for at least another hour waiting for them to fiz the problem.
just to come home again and it not be fixed!
*sigh* maybe i just need to face the fact that i'm not going to have a phone that works all the time. it's just not going to happen. SO. i'd better get over it.

or, maybe i should just go up there for a FOURTH TIME and give them a piece of my mind!

we'll see how merciful i am...
