listening to the other side of the office staff talking drives me nuts sometimes.
some of their ideas are waaaaaaaaay out there. like forget left field...get me to the parking lot of the house 3 blocks down.
things you shouldn't do in an office pass through their lips and they make me cringe. not personal lives either. things that effect OUR side and their own patients.
inconsiderate things decided and taken upon themselves.
it's a good thing i'm so nosy cause i have to make counter-decisions so no one gets their feathers ruffled. insanity.
it's past time to go and i just don't want to hear about how they have nothing scheduled and get to have the rest of the week off...nice way to run your practice.
your secretary has been discouraging clients all day from making appointments the rest of the week...DO something!!!
